Payment is due on satisfactory completion of work.
Michael Francis always endeavour to provide the best service for all of our customers. However on rare occasions, we recognise there may be times when our customers may not be completely satisfied. In the unlikely event of this happening we have procedure in place to ensure we are able to put things right as soon as we can.
When our team have completed their work you will be asked to inspect the work to make sure that it is up to our usual high standard. At this point any issues should be raised, if all is well payment should be made. If an issue should arise after our departure please make contact within 7 days and we will provide you with a date for us to remedy any issues raised.
Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own procedure, as a which? Trusted Trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.In the unlikely event a complaint arising and you wish to refer the complaint to them please contact Which?
